When considering the right provider for you or a loved one, fee for professional services are based upon multiple factors including years of clinical experience, credential, training, and expertise to address specific needs for clients.
A good faith estimate (GFE) will be provided during your intake session. We will collaboratively explore your unique treatment needs and course of recommended care. As an insurance-friendly practice we work with all major insurers to help you access benefits for high quality services.
Sliding Scale: The Practice is dedicated to serving those who serve us. We offer a limited number of sliding scale options to support access to quality care. Contact us for a free consultation.
No Show/Cancellation Policy: The scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of a specific time set aside dedicated to your care. Therefore, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. There is a $100.00 fee for late cancellations and no shows sessions.
