      We are an insurance-friendly practice. We can assist clients access out-of-network benefits, as well as clients who prefer self-pay. Therapy packages are available.
      Please contact the Practice to learn more about your eligibility and how we can assist you access high quality, accessible mental health care.

  • 1. Upon request the Practice can provide a Superbill invoice to submit directly to your insurer.

    2.  Contact your insurance company directly to inquire about your specific benefits.  You may ask the customer service representative, “Does my plan include out-of-network benefits to receive outpatient mental health care?”.

    3.  Inquire if you have a deductible to meet before coverage is approved.  You can ask the customer service employee, “Do I have a deductible to meet to receive out-of-network mental health services and if I do, what is the remaining amount I need to pay before this health plan will reimburse me for anything I have paid out of pocket to receive care?”.

    4.   Ask, “How much will my plan reimburse for mental health care code 90837 with a licensed psychologist?  If this information is not provided you can inquire, “What is the maximum permitted amount of visits for mental health code 90837 with a licensed psychologist and what percentage of the maximum allowed amount that my plan will pay?”.

    6.     As a private pay practice that respects your privacy, it is important for the client to coordinate care when you authorize third party involvement in your treatment. description.

  • Yes, we primarily provide telehealth as well face-to-face appointments. Most of our clients prefer the convenience of telehealth due to location, time management and ease of engaging in care. Our main office is located in North Florida.

    We provide house calls for private pay clients to support discreet, high-level care.
